After your cat heads home, Meow Credits are added to your account automatically, and you'll see the amount right in your pickup email.
3. They spend themselves
On your next booking, credits apply automatically before your card is charged, and the booking form shows exactly what they cover.
See yours anytime
Sign in on the booking page and your Meow Credits balance is right there in your account menu, alongside your Member Pass balance if you have one.

Credits on every completed stay
A percentage of what you pay comes back as Meow Credits after pickup. The exact rates for your booking are always shown honestly at booking time, and in your pickup email the moment they're earned.
The honest fine print
- Meow Credits are earned on the amount you actually pay for a stay (card or Member Pass balance). Portions covered by existing credits don't earn new ones.
- They're valid for 6 months from the day they're earned, and apply automatically to your next booking.
- They have no cash value, can't be transferred or redeemed for money, and are voided if a booking is cancelled or refunded.
- Full terms live in our Terms & Conditions. The program may evolve, but earned credits always keep their printed expiry.
