Your pass is prepaid boarding credit you spend at the lower Member Pass rate. Platinum's $1,500 covers 68 nights at $22. Figures use today's published rates with your cat's own food; House food, taxes and add-ons aren't included.

How do Member Passes work?
Prepay once for boarding credit at a discounted Member Pass rate. Credit auto-applies to every booking, and your rate stays locked for the pass term, with no auto-renewals.
Which pass is cheapest per day?
Platinum is lowest at $22/day, then Gold $24, Silver $26 and Flex $28, all with your cat's own food (litter included).
Does a Member Pass get priority booking?
Yes, a Member Pass gets priority over pay-as-you-go guests, and Platinum gets first access during peak holidays.
Can I get a refund or transfer my pass?
Passes are non-refundable and tied to one customer-pet pair, with no auto-renewals: when it ends, it simply ends.
